One-to-One Personalized Training

Case One: Bride-to-be wished to send a personal invite letter to 50 people but MS Word was not cooperating while trying to do a mail merge.
Lorr Computer Solutions utilized our remote assistance software to figure out what was going wrong and walked her through how to correct the source file so it would work as expected.
Case Two: Accountant wants a small business client to use Quickbooks Online. However, the Quickbooks setup fails to help automate the process, it seems like it adds more manual work.
Lorr Computer Solutions provided on-site one-to-one training. After looking at the setup and changing some settings, things started to run smooth. After some additional training, our client no longer dreads entering data into Quickbooks.
