One-to-One Personalized Training

Is your knowledge of the software you use enough to get by but could be more? Do you know the software can or should be able to do something, but you are not sure how to make it happen? Is your schedule so tight that you can’t take time to take a class?

Lorr Computer Solutions is here to help with our One-to-One Training model. You decide what you want to learn, when you want to learn it, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.



Example:

Case One: Bride-to-be wished to send a personal invite letter to 50 people but MS Word was not cooperating while trying to do a mail merge.

Lorr Computer Solutions utilized our remote assistance software to figure out what was going wrong and walked her through how to correct the source file so it would work as expected.

Case Two: Accountant wants a small business client to use Quickbooks Online. However, the Quickbooks setup fails to help automate the process, it seems like it adds more manual work.

Lorr Computer Solutions provided on-site one-to-one training. After looking at the setup and changing some settings, things started to run smooth. After some additional training, our client no longer dreads entering data into Quickbooks.
